I started The Forge in 2019 after seven years coaching at two SG boutique gyms and watching the same pattern play out: people pay S$400 a month for classes they attend twice, then blame themselves when nothing changes. The system wasn't built for them. I built one that is.

1:1 12-week blocks for clients who want a coach in their corner every rep. Crews capped at six for the strength-and-engine work that's better with a small team. Hybrid programming for the third of clients who travel more than they're home.
